ELS employs a Quality Assurance Management Program to provide our leaders with the tools to consistently deliver top quality service, document the company’s best business practices, comprehensively satisfy contract requirements and customer expectations, and improve the overall operations of the company.

ISO 9001:2008 standard is the foundation for our Quality Program in the operation and maintenance of airport equipment that includes BHS, PBB, facilities and ground support equipment provided to aviation, airlines and airport entities. All ELS airport sites are designed through an implementation program that includes training and internal audits, followed by an external ISO certification audit for selected sites. The ELS quality manual details all necessary requirements and instruction to ensure maintenance compliance.
