Program Implementation

Upon the notice to proceed, ELS implements a start-up plan that includes all necessary steps to meet the agreed start date and service obligations. We enjoy a history of successful, rapid ramp-ups in support of operations of great complexity and we consider each new airport operation a unique requirement.

The program implementation is designed through an intensive on-site planning process by an ELS “Go Team” that consists of an experienced manager and other operational start-up maintenance experts from our existing airport site network. Their primary purpose is to ensure that the new operation gets off to an outstanding start. The "Go Team" works, interviews, hires, trains, and most importantly, instills the ELS commitment to customer service in the new operation, making certain that it is mature and robust on day one.
